Handcrafted Beer

Zea offers a variety of award winning, original recipe, handcrafted beers, brewed in Covington, LA and produced strictly according to the German Purity Law of 1516.  This means no adjuncts; no artificial carbonation and no other additives are used to enhance the brewing process.

 

Clearview Gold - This distinctive gold beer is light & crisp, but more flavorful than a traditional domestic. Brewed with wheat & barley, in the German Kölsch style, Clearview Gold is refreshing & easy to drink.
Category 5 American Pale Ale
- This light-colored beer has a bold flavor & aroma distinctive of the Cascade hops used in its brewing.
Zea Amber Lager- Zea Amber Lager has a rich, red color & delicious, toasty malt flavor. Crafted in the tradition of Vienna lagers, our amber brew is a mellow accompaniment for spicy & savory dishes.
Pontchartrain Porter- Dark & complex, this brew is similar to a stout, brewed in the English style, & using English malts, which give the Ponchartrain Porter rich chocolate & coffee undertones.

Zea Bloody Mary- Still the classic cure for headaches & tomato cravings, with your choice of vodka. 6 & up.
Sunset Slowdown- Pineapple, Midori, peach and cranberry. It’s what a sunset tastes like. 7

Margaritas and Mojitos

House Margarita- Tequila, triple sec and sweet & sour. A direct translation of the Mexican icon. Served frozen or on the rocks. 6
Z Rita- The last word (or letter) in margaritas. We use Patron Silver tequila & Patron Citronage to make a margarita that’s way above top shelf.     9 
Papa Mojito- Hemingway never met a drink he didn’t like, but he sure loved a mojito. Made with lime, mint, sugar, Bacardi Superior rum & soda. Come to papa. 7
Pineapple Mojito- Why not pineapple? Made with Parrot Bay Pineapple rum as well as Bacardi Superior rum, mint & lime. It’s the freshest sipper around. 8

Pomegranate Cosmopolitan- Pomegranate is a powerful antioxidant & it tastes fantastic. So don’t worry about the Pama Liqueur & Absolute Citron, it probably balances out. 9
